All this is aided by the warp-resistant carbon steel core, with rolled edges for extra strength and easy handling. Dimples on the inside of the pan assist with food release, and allow air to flow for even browning.
It saves space too. Smart Ceramic is cleverly designed as a nesting bakeware set, so as you build your collection, you can stack all eight pieces into the space of this roasting pan. Alternatively, a set of two roasting trays is available, where one of the tins forms a lid to protect the whole collection.
This deep roasting tin measures 41.5 x 31.5 x 9.5 cm (16½ x 12½ x 3½ inches), to accommodate a whole turkey, or family-sized portions of vegetables. Like all Smart Ceramic products, it is dishwasher safe, and is BPA, PFOA and PTFE free.
