This wooden cooking tool is one that you will pass down through your family for generations to come. Mesquite wood is one of the hardest woods around (more than twice as hard as walnut!) and it will make quick work of any stubborn bits stuck to your pan. Yet, it still isn’t hard enough to damage your delicate cookware.
Finished with a food safe 100% Pure Coconut Derived Oil.

While mesquite is more durable than a normal hardwood spatula, please follow this care guide to ensure it lasts decades:
Do not leave soaking in water.
Wipe clean with mild detergent and water.
Occasionally wipe with food grade oil of choice (mineral oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, etc…)
Personalization is optional.
If choosing a 3 letter monogram please keep in mind that letters will be engraved as given.
Traditionally the MIDDLE LETTER SHOULD BE THE INITIAL OF THE LAST NAME (which is why it is larger).
