Like all of MasterClass’s best-selling, award-winning* bakeware, this roasting pan is made of warp-resistant, 1 mm-thick carbon steel, with rolled edges to prevent water build-up and rust. It’s finished with a double layer of the Quantum II non-stick coating, sandblasted to the surface of the pan for better adhesion. Use this reliable, medium-large tray for all kinds of regular recipes. Cook up moist roast vegetables in family-sized portions, with glugs of olive oil and fragrant herbs. Or use it as a turkey roasting tray at Christmas – it will comfortably accommodate small (around five kilogram) turkeys.
